271.0

Day 3 in the books and down another 2.2 pounds.  That's 7.4 after three days!  Too early to get excited.  But, very encouraging start.  Just like that I am at my lowest since January 13.  The last time I was under 270 was October 16, 2013!

    Lots of fruit and vegetables, lots of lean protein, lots of protein in general, lots of meals, lots of exercise, lots of water, no more soda, very little cheese, almost no bread, very little pasta. When I did this before, I always easily stayed under 1,400 calories and always felt like I was eating too much still. I usually pay attention to calories, fat grams, and sodium. I don't worry about carbs. Yesterday, I had Chobani, carrots, an orange, a green apple, a vegetable/fruit smoothie, 6.5 oz. chicken from a can, 4 oz. baked flounder, half a can of pinto beans, and some yogurt/granola balls.

  3. Always tough... even after you have had some success. But, it does get easier once you have gained some momentum! Good Luck Karla!
