Excellent!  I start my week down 1.2 from yesterday.  The better news is that I am down 2.8 from Friday's weight and 1.0 from Saturday's weight, which is typically the low weight of the weekend.  While I will have to work a lot harder than originally anticipated, I have yet to give up on my November 1 goal.  This still leaves me 1.3 behind my MGC pace.  

Time to set some new lows this week...
