Who needs exercise?!

Okay, I am kidding.  But, another really good day eating and another 0.8 pounds further from 230 despite my lack of anything remotely similar to exercise.  Feeling pretty happy with myself at the moment and even more excited to get back to it when I can.  While I was slightly worried about and hoping to avoid a major slide after injuring my knee, I wasn't really expecting to keep losing.
